By downloading, installing, or using the Animal Faceoff mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. License to Use

ifelse, LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the App
  • Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent
  • Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

3. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, animal information, game mechanics, and software, is the property of ifelse, LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The animal facts and battle outcomes presented in the App are for entertainment and educational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, the information should not be considered scientific fact.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the App responsibly and in accordance with these Terms. The App is designed for users of all ages, and we expect all users to maintain appropriate conduct.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IFELSE, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your use or inability to use the App
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
  • Any errors or omissions in the App's content

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ifelse, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
